This game, "Mudpies", back in 1986 used to be a commercial game
released by Microdeal in Europe and Michtron in the U.S. of A. It
was a tremendously playable game that we're sure you'll still
find quite a lot of fun.
This game was graciously permitted to be put on the "ST NEWS"
disk by Microdeal managing director John Symes (cheers many
times). If you like it, you're requested to send a fiver (i.e.
five pound sterling, or something thereabouts in your own
currency) to:

 Microdeal Ltd.
 Box 68
 St. Austell
 Cornwall PL25 4YB
 England.

There is no need to explain the shareware principle to all of
you, as you should by now know that the more you pay the more
shareware will eventually become available. If you send money to
Microdeal, you might want to mention that you got it from "ST
NEWS" - they might eventually release more stuff through us in
due time!

The game is fairly straightforward to use. It saves hiscores (if
the hiscores in the supplied file are too high for you you can
just rename it or delete it) and works on all TOS versions I
know, though low res only (which is sortof logical).
If the games doesn't work immediately, turn off all peripherals
and perform a cold boot from floppy. That should work.

Have fun playing. It's a great little game that will surely be
able to captivate you for many an hour!
