   Uridium for Atari ST

Improved versions - with blitter scroll
+ better manoeuvrability, faster.
+ Audio track playback during gameplay.
Adapted for hard disk run, Falcon .

HAGA version - works on all STE, Mega STE,
Falcon, any TOS. 1MB RAM min .
Recommended is Flash card based mass-
-storage because better speed.

By pressing M at HW detect screen may enter
machine setting option.

Exit to Desktop, savestates options.
Unlimited lives, selectable start level options.
Highscore save works.

There is about 1 sec delay after pressing keys
for exit to Desktop or save gamestate - to give
time for some operations to finish.

Supported are: basic ACSI adapters like Satandisk,
Mega STE internal adapter, and others.
Atapters with ICD extension like UltraSatan, CosmosEx.
IDE hard disk adapters.
Hard disk driver SW must be AHDI compliant, with regular
PUN structure. For correct work audio files must be not
fragmented. So, better defragment before copying on
your Flash card.

There are 2 audio files in this package. Active one is
with name AUD, in folder FILES. If you want to try
other (AU2) need to rename it to AUD - so first rename
AUD to AU1 or like.

The best thing: you can create own audio tracks for this.
Like it is explained in case of Xenon2:

Format must be: Stereo, 25033 Hz sample
rate, 8-bit signed, RAW (no header).
It's very easy to convert in such format
with freeware Audacity. Length of
files may be between 100KB and
510 MB (max partititon size in TOS).
1 minute music takes about 3MB, so
can play even very long files - over
2 hours.

Important: for correct audio balance STE and Mega STE
need mixer fix, because normally YM (PSG) audio is
much louder than DMA audio. By Falcon it is OK.
